Do my guests need to download the app?
No, your guests will be able to respond directly with an invitation code that will be provided to them. However, some features will not be available to them if they do not download the app.
How will my guests receive their invitation?
If you provided a phone number, they will receive their invitation by SMS. If you provided an email address, they will receive it by email.
Are the providers considered as guests?
Yes, you will be able to add them to your guest list when creating your wedding and they will be counted as a guest.
What should I do if one of my guests does not have access to a mobile phone or a computer to provide their response?
As an organizer, on the app you have the option to modify the attendees' presence. You will therefore be able to choose this guest's presence for yourself.
Can I send my digital invitations when I have already sent my paper invitations?
Yes, we send 100% digital invitations, we do not do paper printing.
Can the guests also write in the messaging system?
No, the messaging is one-way to facilitate sending important information to the guests. Only the bride and groom and the wedding planner can send messages.
Can we link guests together? For example, a family of 2 adults and 3 children?
Yes, when you make your guest list you can add their “+1”. In this case, you choose the mother or father as the main guest and add the children as “+1”.
Can we add the key information about the wedding venue (parking, access details, etc)?
Yes, in the event details or in the messaging you can write freely, this can help you create an FAQ for your wedding for example.
Can I send my invitations with a link?
Yes, each guest receives a unique link. You can find this link in the guest information and send it to them.
